SIM Racing Pedals Baseplate by Heusinkveld for SIM Pedals Ultimate+ Overview

The Sim Pedals Ultimate+ Baseplate is the desired mount for your race simulator rig to be able to cope with forces as experienced in real life racing cars – high brake loads from the Sim Pedals Ultimate up to 136kg. The Baseplate is an optional mounting solution rather than putting the Sim Pedals Ultimate directly onto your racing rig. At 10mm thing it is designed to give zero flex under load and further enhances the adjustably of the pedals, through their positioning on the baseplate.

The baseplate assembly comprises multiple elements: A pedal plate on which you mount the pedals, two brackets which create the ground clearance needed for the nuts and bolts as well as the space for the pedal controller.

Mounting Options

Based on your preference and racing simulator rig you have two mounting options with the supplied brackets, straight or parallel. Some rigs come with a propriety pedal mounting plate inclined towards the seat, that angled brackets are specifically designed for this scenario.

The Sim Pedals Ultimate Baseplate is tilted by 15 degrees with our angled brackets. These counter the incline of your rig, thereby creating a horizontal platform for you Ultimate Pedals. Furthermore, if you rig does have an angled pedal deck, the pedals will also be elevated, enhancing ergonomics, and resulting in a more realistic driving position where the pedal box and seat are at a more level position relative to each other.

Both sets of brackets are compatible with G25/G27 mounting holes, allowing for easy installation on many available simulator rigs. Alternatively, the brackets can also be mounted to the side of the baseplate in a wider layout.

Every baseplate comes with a set of bolts and nuts to attach the pedals to the baseplate and mount the baseplate to your rig. Next to mounting holes for your pedals, every baseplate also features slots to position the Sim Pedals USB-controller
