1 Introduction

This document details the Return, Refund and Payment Policy for Blue Box SIMS Ltd (BBS).

2 Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Blue Box SIMS Ltd, BlueBoxSIMS.com, if you are not entirely satisfied with our purchase from us, we are here to help.

3 Returns

If you have purchased a complete Turnkey system, either for assembly by BBS, or by yourself, then you waive the right to the “cooling off” period, however BBS will in good faith work with you to rectify the situation by replacement of individual parts with others from our Catalogue should the develop an issue.

3.1 Cooling Off Period

If you have made a purchase of individual products from our online store, your “cooling off period” right still apply. The “Cooling off Period” starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods but not part of a Turnkey system, the 14-day period runs from when you get the last of the batch.

This 14-day period is the timeframe you must decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. In the original packaging.
  3. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3.2 Turnkey Systems

The cost of a BBS Turnkey systems is made up of several elements and customised with direct input and agreement with you the customer, it is for these reasons not all elements are refundable.

  1. The cost of the hardware is refundable, but to be eligible the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In the original packaging.
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. The delivery costs of the hardware are refundable but see Shipping section for specifics.
  3. The cost to build, configure and test the system will not be refundable.

4 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a 14-days or depending on your card issuer’s policies.

6 Billing & Payment

We have a number of billing\payment terms, which can be split into two areas, “online” and “Turnkey”.

  1. Online; Payments are to be taken immediate, by the payment options presented at checkout – all major credit and debit cards are accepted, e.g. VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
  2. Turnkey; Payments are done by bank transfer, the schedule of payments are 50% upfront, 25% before delivery and remaining 25% post delivery & installation. 

5 Shipping

BBS would refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods for the order, if you opted for enhanced delivery service e.g., guaranteed next day, we will not refund the uplift difference, e.g., our standard delivery costs £100, next day delivery was £150, we will only refund £100.
